High rotational stability and low vibration are ensured through multi-stage precision grinding and superfinishing of every raceway and tapered roller, achieving a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.2 μm. The ultra-smooth contact surface eliminates micro-jitter caused by uneven friction, ensuring consistent roller movement. Internal radial and axial clearances are precisely controlled during production, effectively reducing preload changes caused by thermal expansion during operation. This minimizes running vibration, maintains stable rotational speeds, and significantly improves the overall operating efficiency of the equipment.
Enhanced wear resistance and extended service life are achieved through multiple design and material optimizations. The optimized logarithmic profile on the roller and raceway contact surfaces prevents edge stress concentration under heavy loads, reducing premature wear at the roller ends. High-quality anti-rust and extreme-pressure lubricating grease is used to form a durable protective oil film between contact surfaces. This film effectively reduces metal-to-metal friction while providing robust protection against moisture, dust, and corrosive substances, slowing wear and corrosion significantly. Even under continuous heavy-duty operation, the bearing maintains stable performance for extended periods.

Constructed with special heat-stabilized bearing steel and high-temperature-resistant lubricants, they maintain consistent performance across a temperature range of -40℃ to 150℃. Low-temperature stabilization treatment ensures minimal dimensional and clearance changes at high temperatures, preventing increased vibration, noise, or jamming caused by thermal expansion. This guarantees reliable operation in variable temperature environments.
