Can you manufacture custom or non-standard bearings?
Yes. Custom bore sizes, outer diameters, widths, materials, coatings and clearances are all supported. Submit your technical drawing or specification sheet and our engineering team will review feasibility within 24 hours.
What is the typical lead time for orders?
Standard products in stock: 7-15 working days. Standard products requiring production: 20-35 working days. Custom or non-standard bearings: 30-50 working days depending on complexity. Lead times are confirmed at order placement.
Is factory audit or inspection possible?
Factory visits are welcomed at any time without restriction. Third-party inspection agencies and buyer representatives are fully supported. We provide complete access to production lines, quality lab and documentation.
What certifications does TittanBearing hold?
ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. ISO/TS 16949 for automotive bearing products. EAC certification for export to Russia and CIS countries. All certificates are available for verification upon request.
Do you offer private label or OEM packaging?
Yes. Custom packaging design, private label printing and laser logo engraving on bearings are all available. Minimum quantities apply for custom packaging. Samples can be provided before bulk production.
What payment terms are accepted?
Standard terms are T/T (bank transfer) with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight is accepted for larger orders. Other payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.
How is product quality guaranteed during export?
Every bearing undergoes 100% final inspection before packaging. Anti-rust treatment is applied for sea freight. Third-party pre-shipment inspection is supported. Quality issues identified after delivery are handled with replacement or credit.
